Ah, it's time to write a summary for December. After going through the last "three-month major catch-up" plan, I don't want to procrastinate anymore. Today is January 8, 2023, yes, it's already a new year, so this time it's both a summary of December 2022 and a summary of the past year.
As usual, let's start by introducing the holidays in January, no need to guess, it's New Year's Day. "Yuan" means "beginning," and any beginning of a number is called "yuan"; "Dan" means "day"; "New Year's Day" means "the beginning of the day." In Chinese history, "January 1st" has many names, such as New Year's Day, New Day, New Year, New Morning, New Spring, Shangri-La, and Yuanshuo, but among many names, "New Year's Day" is the most common and enduring. Compared to the Spring Festival, New Year's Day is a Gregorian calendar holiday with relatively few celebration activities.
Looking back on the past month, I spent most of my time at school, and I went home on the 18th. I should have gone back earlier, but unfortunately, the first flight was canceled again (why "again"?), so it was delayed for a few days, becoming the last one to leave the dormitory. I completed about three or four final exams, and the others were postponed to the next semester. The holiday seemed to come too suddenly, and I'm not sure what happened that night, but I was rushed back home, so this winter vacation became as long as summer vacation. Looking back at the December summary of 2021, I found that the content written at that time was more abundant, only then did I realize that 2021 wasn't as bad as I thought. In 2022, it seems like I didn't travel much, they say either the body or the soul is always on the road, but it seems like I didn't read many books either. The best anime of the year goes to "Solitary Rock," it's a masterpiece, and there might not be such a good anime for several years. I didn't watch the New Year's Eve special program on Bilibili, actually watched a bit, but found it meaningless and gave up.
